We ask you to consider attending and participating at the Annual Meeting.
The Annual Board meeting is on the 3rd Sunday in May at 1:00PM at the Community Center, AKA The Red Barn. At the Annual Board Meeting you will receive an accounting of the previous year’s business and accomplishments, plus the plans for the coming year. You will be able to nominate and vote on Board trustees. The Board Trustees serve on a volunteer basis. The Board meets quarterly on the 2nd Sunday in the Community Center. Additional Board meetings in any quarter may be announced and added if time-sensitive matters require such action.If you have an interest in serving on the Board, you should contact the President of the Board, Arthur Nowell, 206 617 0365 by text or call. A Trustee’s term is 5 years.

Community Fees:
Membership Dues are $160.00 a year per lot, due no later than May 31st of the current year.
Water Dues, if you have a house, are $600.00 a year, $300.00 due no later than June 30th and $300.00 due no later than December 31st of the current year.
The swimming pool opens Memorial Day week-end, and is open week-ends only until the Coupeville schools are out for the summer. From approximately mid-June pool is then open 6 days a week from Noon to 6:00 PM. It is closed all day Mondays for maintenance. We recently added an Adults Only swim time on Tuesday and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Pool Requirements: No child under the age of 17 allowed in the pool without an adult, plus a person must be 17 years or older to bring and supervise a child younger than 17 years old. No more than 4 underage children per 1 adult. Everyone must shower before entering the pool. There is an attendant at the Community Center for check-in, to take care of any pool and center problems and assure rules are followed. The attendant is NOT a life guard and not responsible for you and your guest when at the pool. You are allowed only 4 guests per visit per member. Only members in good standing and Dues paid by opening week-end are admitted to the pool and Community Center. Guests at STVRs are not permitted to use the pool unless accompanied by the home-owner. The pool closes, for the season, after Labor Day week-end.
A lot of people walk their dogs in the community. If you are a pet owner and walk your pet in the community, be considerate of your other community members and clean up after your pet. By County law your dog must be on a leash and no animals/pets are allowed to run loose in the Community. Only household pets ie dogs and cats are permitted. No farm animals permitted.
