 Located in one of the most dramatic areas on the dynamic west side of Whidbey Island, our community is a delightful location if you’re looking for a restful and beautiful community. With private access to an ever-changing beach, a secluded walkway from the hilltop to the ocean, and a heated community pool our shared assets embolden our neighborhood, along with friends, community and wildlife. Our Homeowners' Association is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of residents.

POOL OPEN DAILY NOON - 6 PM
CLOSED THURSDAYS
       The technician is now arriving Saturday morning. The ferry service cancelations just made a bad day, worse!
The pool will be open at noon on Saturday.
       The water will be warming and we hope, by afternoon Sunday it will be Northwest warm.

The Bon Air Community Club has been notifed
that our request for additional water shares has been appproved.

2020-21 Operating Permit

The Island County Public Health  Inspection of the pool this summer was very complimentary about the pool and the organization to address all issues related to safe passage and social distancing.

2020 Water Bacteriological Analysis: Received May 2020

This report covers bacteriological and mineral analysis. All results show excellent and safe water

that meets or exceeds all health requirements.
