With private access to an ever-changing beach, a secluded walkway from the hilltop to the ocean, and a heated community pool our shared assets embolden our neighborhood, along with friends, community and wildlife.

POOL HOURS 2026
The pool is open on weekends starting Memorial Day weekend
from noon to 6 PM.
The pool will open on June 13th for the summer
(when we hope the water will have reached 83F.)
POOL HOURS NOON - 6 PM
OPEN DAILY EXCEPT THURSDAYS
