Annual dues for 2026 are $160. Dues must be paid by 31 May 2026. Use of the pool requires dues to be fully paid.
Water use rates are $600 per year and may be paid monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.
Realtors wishing to view the CC&Rs and By Laws should go to the Home Page and click on Covenants Button. These documents are registered with Island County.
Water shares are available once septic and building permit have been approved by Island County. For more information, please email bonaircommunity@gmail.com.
