Annual dues for 2023 are $160. Dues must be paid by 31 May 2023.

Water use rates are $600 per year and may be paid monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.

Realtors wishing to view the CC&Rs and By Laws should go to the Home Page and click on Covenants in the Title bar. These documents are registered with Island County.
